At Elixir, we prioritize the quality and safety of our products, including our ISO 22000 certified spirulina powder. We strive to ensure customer satisfaction; however, due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns.
1. No Refunds or Returns Policy
All sales of our spirulina powder products are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds once the product has been purchased. This policy is in place because our products are consumable and cannot be resold once opened for safety and hygiene reasons.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
In the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review the issue and, if deemed necessary, offer a replacement.
