• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information if applicable.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and the weight of your order.

• Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location. We use iCarry, and typical delivery times are:

• Domestic (Lebanon): 2-3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or carrier issues.

3. International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping.

4. Track Your Order

For orders with tracking, you will receive a tracking number in your shipment confirmation email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery on the carrier’s website.

5. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the package, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the order.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

While we take every measure to ensure your package arrives safely, Elixir is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. However, if your package arrives damaged, please contact us at info@withelixir.com within 7 days of receipt, providing your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
